My name is Tara Clements, I have the joy of planning our Maine Coon's lifestyle. Then there is my Mum, Joyce who designs and builds all of our cat runs; constructing them to exceptionally high standards for comfort and entertainment. We have owned and bred Maine Coon cats since 1991, and feel that to do the job right you mustn't be distracted by many different breeds of cats, anyway, once you have been owned by a Maine Coon cat other breeds seem dull by comparison. Our specialities are Brown Tabbies and Silver Tabbies with and without white, consequently we have managed to attain warm rustic browns and clear bright silvers. We take great pride in having bred many of our breeding and show cats. Our ongoing aims are to mix the new looks with old strengths, and so far this has proven with many excellent show reports. (Look at the show page.) We register our kittens mainly with the CA/FIFe but can also register with the GCCF.
My cattery is situated near Gainsborough in Lincolnshire nestled in 260 acres of ancient woodland, has been Veterinary inspected, achieving excellent standards.
We
are at present testing our breeding cats for HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy).
This is the view across the garden of our breeding cats living accommodation.
This has since been built on further, the cats now enjoy a large
communial run full of shelves, overhead beams and an enormous scratch post.
Needless to say, very very happy cats!!

TC now lives with his new friends, in
the OAP run.
His old pen was refurbished and now Zu, our new boy lives here.
THE NEW RETIREMENT HOME IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING BUILT.
Once our breeding cats are retired we
don't just off load them, they are our pets and as long as they are
happy they will stay with us. When this new pen is finished there will be over
seventy feet of garden
enclosed for the furries to run around in safety.
The OAP run as it is fondly known is finally
finished! The garden has been planted,
the water feature in,the patio laid and the sheds
fully insulated, heated and lit. TC, Chia, Puck
Jade, & Star are having a brilliant time, they can play & climb about
as much as they like
& then sleep in warmth and comfort.
